Founded in 1995, Qinhuangdao Jiameng Precise Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Qinhuangdao Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of more than 21000 square meters, plant buildings of more than 7400 square meters, with an annual production capacity over 15 million pieces. Our company adopts silica sol investment casting process and non-ferrous metal die casting process. Relying on excellent Taiwan equipment, high-precision CNC machine tools, modern and reliable quality control system, German SPECTROMAX spectrum analyzer, high-precision metallographic microscope and other high-grade testing equipment, according to GB, ASTM, en, DIN, JIS and other standards, we produce stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and other precision castings and processed finished products. Our company has a complete set of production lines from mold design, casting to machining, and has strong technology R & D capability, which can meet the special process requirements of customers such as deep hole, complex cavity, accurate positioning, especially for the parts with complex geometry and "small and precise" parts. The defects such as pores and sand holes are eliminated in the production of precision castings. The surface roughness is RA 6.3-1.6, and the dimensional accuracy is CT 6-4.
At the same time, our company has metal powder injection molding process (MIM), using high-end injection machine, vacuum sintering furnace, image measuring instrument and other equipment to produce ultra-fine and high complex metal parts, with surface roughness of RA 1.6-0.8 and dimensional accuracy of ± 0.5% ～ ± 0.3%. Further expand our company's fine small metal parts manufacturing field.
